Squad Training came to Central !

Sunday 21st Feb, Central TKD played host to our GTUK National Squad Training.
Mr Andy Crisp IV is brought his team to The Stratford Leisure Centre to conduct a squad session straight after the normal Black Belt Training.

This is the first year Mr Crisp has been 'head coach' and all who attended said they were highly impressed by his very organised and technical session.

Many things were covered in this 2 hour slot so if you are either keen to get into our National GTUK Team or even just sharpen your tournament skills then these sessions are not to be missed.

We were very lucky to have this take place in our area so would like to thank Mr Crisp and his team and perhaps try to organise one for the future.
